YOGA

My yoga practice has evolved over the years to include not only the physical practice, but also the spiritual and mental components as well.  I use yoga on a daily basis as a tool to manage stress and help my clients do the same.

 

I focus on breath control to support movement and stability with a deep emphasize on the body and mind connection.
